UK CITIZENS: Petitioning to have the U.K. law changed so that women can be prosecuted for raping a man. Currently it isn’t possible under the present legislation. Please sign and share!

There are many problems with the law as it stands. In this case I think it would be wiser to choose a different battle. Actions like this are more likely to put the MRM into a bad light. The intent is right and just. However it is a prime area for people against men’s rights to use this unfairly. Mainstream media would pillory the movement. This shouldn’t be a primary target, the optics are so poor it’s almost a false flag level action.

Maybe in ten years when hopefully equality is more acceptable it could be addressed. Now it’s a dog whistle.

A better approach would be to campaign for male victims to be given the same level of support as female victims. Though the same issues prevail in both circumstances it comes down to one person’s word against another. I struggle to see how the CPS could amass sufficient evidence to bring a case to court. This also being why a large number of rape cases never go to court.

It could be proven if the victim presented to the police directly after the crime, did a rape kit, blood work for intoxicants and if there was a provable history of the victim expressing publicly his lack of interest and also a history of the woman pursuing him. The same actions that result in rape complaints going to court.
