It's very easy to specify what kinds of seeds you want when buying online, even now. So you aren't going to accidentally plant super strong weed.

If you are buying off a local grower they have zero incentive to mislabel their goods, so if you go looking to buy something mild they aren't going to deliberately sell you something super strong instead, why would they? You'd never go back.

If you do end up having too much too strong weed, you'll throw up, have a bit of a blurry evening and then be fine. You cannot die from an overdose of weed.
