Such a poorly performing public service recruiter couldn't survive the ruthless scrutiny reserved for junior doctors. Looking now at their 'team', it's the same manager Dainter that oversaw the persistent shambles for the past few years!

Surely, to truly respond to ongoing concerns of accountable would mean to a change of management at the top. This would entail greater scrutiny of their practices and interests, (e.g. excluding medical people from their management body.. we already got the GMC?).

The thing is it's rotten, because the Heads of this incompetent and damaging official body does not ever get sacked. Utterly incompetent managers are preserved, promoted, or protected at best.

Far more valuable doctors, the real talent, are abused or sacrificed. An ongoing disaster.
