Ukraine to restrict Russian books, music in latest cultural break from Moscow

This might be the case for some, but not for all. I’m French-speaking from Quebec, but I still speak and consume media in English and don’t agree with a recent law taking away the rights of English speakers in Quebec. I’ve also lived in Israel and am aware that a lot of Palestinians speak Hebrew, which doesn’t mean Israel should take away their right to consume media in Arabic. I understand and respect that you have your values and beliefs, but I’m sure there are other Russian-speaking Ukrainians who would prefer to maintain their language rights and their opinion is no less important than yours. My sister in law is one such person.
