This won’t stop an asshole tow truck driver. When my son was in elementary school they had almost zero parking. There was a vacant lot right in front of the school and a lot the parents would park there then walk across the street to get our kids and leave. Only parents picking up their kids EVER parked there and it was only for about 30 min after school let out. Well, whoever owned the lot that was abandoned decided they didn’t want anyone to park there. A tow truck driver started showing up right as school was letting out and towing cars. Can you imagine being such a sack of shit you jumped out of your truck to quickly hook up a car because you knew they wouldn’t be gone long while simultaneously knowing it would leave a parent and child stranded? This was a school where half of the families didn’t have much money either. I once saw the tow truck driver refuse to unhook the car of a pregnant woman holding her sons hand while crying. It used to make me so mad. I get it. It’s the owners decision, but seriously I lived there for years and no one ever used that lot for anything. Tow truck drivers have no soul.
