pages of staff members, first and last names, who have been relentlessly threatened/attacked all night, and one "rap" which basically was a confession to both homicidal ideation, and a plan of action referencing myself, two close staff members, and our famiies, had absolutely no business leaving this facility. I left everything else (phone numbers, medication list, non-homicidal rap lyrics)

I played it up in a way that I figured would appeal to the unethical/occasionally nonsensical nature of the subreddit. I love to love my patients, but if you work in clinical psych, then you know that patients come from all walks of life and all degrees of psychological issues. But we had to remove this guy's pregnant fiance because he was actively attempting to punch her in the stomach. Despite needing attention, he ironically is way too unethical to be treated as a run of the mill patient seeking help.

I know what I said, but I wouldn't gaslight a patient, which is obvious to myself, but we don't know eachother, Again, I was just entertaining a rediculous and obviously nonserious solution to an otherwise very unsettling situation, as per the nature of the subreddit. I treat all of my patients incredibly well, plenty ask for me upon return (not inpatient, but more of a holding facility for processing)

thanks for reaching out in this way, it was responsible and I hope I made you a little bit more comfortable with my uncouth post. This has nothing to do with his treatment at my facility, but rather mitigating risk to myself, family, and peers by anonymously removing his content from the internet until he hopefully forgot about me.
