They would be no help in gynecomastia, if gynecologist are the same in the US as they are in Germany.

You should see a local plastic surgeon who has experience in gynecomastia, and make try to look for one with free consultation so you’re not spending money on the diagnosis.

The plastic surgeon if experienced, would be be able to tell if it’s pseudogynecomastia or gynecomastia.
