You do realize the whole point of that section is to reward the players that have been stuck around since the beginning? I get you're mad but their whole purpose for this was rewarding players over the lifespan of the game. So you should automatically be given an emblem that their whole intention was to reward those of us that started for the first three months.

And your argument is that people that played for five minutes and stop get the emblem, and you don't because you picked the game up later on months or even a year after it came out?

Then you go on in the comments accusing Day 1 players for being "entitled." No, we are not entitled. Bungie is decided to do what they want with their game. And they decided to reward players from multiple date ranges with special, different colored emblems based on the Destiny logo for each range. And you are not entitled demanding you be given this emblem simply because you've put "hundreds of hours" into the game, yet didn't pick up the game on launch.

Listen bud, myself and many others invested our own money into buying the game at launch, and they want to reward those of us that stuck around. Now, I get you are mad, perfectly reasonable. But it's their decision to give us the emblems in this manner. You might as well get mad for emblems you can never get "retrospectively" like the Heroic/Legendary/Mythic emblems, Star of Moderation, etc. You can, and I repeat, never get those emblems.

And at the end of the day, it's just a fucking emblem.
