Unbearable itch during my warmups

Does it go away after your warmup? i.e. later into the session, you're fine?

Because if so, I get the same issue from time to time. FWIW, I've used the same detergent for probably a decade, so it's definitely not that for me. I also take a multivitamin daily, so I don't think it's a significant deficiency.

The best I've done is likened it to my body "kicking starting" my thyroid into working. My family has a history of thyroid issues, and my doc has assessed that I don't have any glaring issues, but stated my thyroid might be chugging along because of my consistent exercise. One symptom of a surge of thyroid hormones are hot flashes, itchy/prickly skin, etc.. ** DO NOT take this as medical advice, but rather, rule out detergent and go see a doc to see if it's vitamin or thyroid related.**
