Uncanny Valley
a lot of clothing companies assume that women under xl don't have a chest. I wear small shirts and have an issue with the armpit/upper side seams being WAY too tight because I'm a c (a perfectly average chest size). fabric gets stretched (and stressed) over the chest area and I can't wear button down shirts at all without modifying them. sizing up to a medium or large sometimes helps, but then everything else is too big - especially things like necklines and armholes showing off too much.
most accessories (even women specific accessories like purses) are designed to be unisex and cater to flat chests. I've found a lot of backpacks seem to have the widest part of the strap directly next to the boob and it cuts in a bit. you pretty much don't ever find accessories with even the slightest built in curve. or like a cross bag like the yellow one in the comic won't sit right on your shoulder/hips because the whole bag design is thrown off by extra tension over the chest.
a bit unrelated but still a pet peeve of mine, a lot of newer clothing designs are specifically meant to be worn without a bra but also don't have a bra built in.
