Is it uncommon to be childfree because you don't want to ruin your body?

Yeah and the fistula thing - I only heard about if from the Internet, where women only talk about it anonymously. I was fascinated. I kind of think this is a more common problem than is reported, because these women were not talking about this with their friends or even husbands sometimes. It's my understanding that they can't always be detected by a clinician unless the woman reports it and there is either imagine done or manual palpation. But a lot of women weren't telling their doctor, they were still in the shadows wondering if they should bring it up to their doctor!

There's a lot of shame when you poop through your vagina. Some women reported botched surgeries that made it worse. I felt so bad for them. One lady's marriage ended because she did not want sex. She felt undesirable. she said her husband lost attraction for her after she told him her situation.
