They actually speak specificlly about it, just lthe latest BE talk, Tae taked how he and jk are not comfortable in the very high range of their songs but they have to adapt to it becaus Jimin have a very high range, Joon talked about him writing lyrics for a day but Tae deciding to use other lyrics, Jin talking about how he doing adlibs for hour or so but jk not using them in the track, though these situations all none of them turned into a big problem which again cause to the first point you mentioned the mutual effort, they do know when to back off and when to lay down to not cause unnecessary conflicts they know what is the best for the team and trust each other with it which make things move easily even when there is clashes and differences, and even when they are not a serious conflicts they still do talk about these differences very often too.
