Um...If you’d asked when I was a teen, I would have said cut. This is merely because in the US it seems most common for boys to be circumcised since it was the norm at one point in time and I “unfortunately” was uncircumcised because I guess my parents were trying to be cheap at the hospital, or more likely (and it mostly the case oddly enough) my father was uncircumcised and he wanted all our penises to look like his (all, as in I have three other brothers).
