Undercover cops pulled over by impersonator

I agree that should be a valid tactic.

I don’t trust modern cops, tho. Police shoot people for driving off these days.

I see it more and more frequently, and the worst repercussions has been an admission it’s, “against departmental policy,” with no one fired or charged.

And even if they got fired or charged, that’s little comfort if you got shot.

Reminds me of an exchange student we had in the 1980s. Said the thing most surprising about America was how we would just go up to police. Said no one would dare do that in Sri Lanka, where he was from.

Sadly, it’s becoming more like that in America. I just steer as clear of the police as possible. They rarely make a situation better.
