It would be helpful if you actually listed exactly what you've tried - esp for those like you in the future who are trying to find what works/doesn't work.

You said you tried David Archy but they have many different types and I dunno which ones you tried, but there is a version I would recommend. Their descriptions don't explain it but they have a bamboo version that has a shiny contrast waistband with a single David Archy logo in a little rectangular box on the hip. This version is grouped amongst their other bamboo stuff. It's not double lined and it's significantly roomier up front than their other versions. That may work for you.

I don't think they're as roomy as David Archy, but Lapasa has a micro modal boxer brief that has a single lined pouch that might work. Again they don't explain it in the description and they are grouped with other bb that are double lined (even says 2 layer pouch in title). You want to ones that have a waistband the same color as the bb.
