Armenia is in no position to do anything in NK. And let’s get this straight, Azerbaijan currently controls one third of former NKAO. Armenia already has «lost» almost half of it to Azerbaijan, while the rest are under control of Russian PKs. But this can’t continue forever, there is no future outside of Azerbaijan for the remaining parts of former NKAO. This is the reality of geography (there can be no «artsuck» with Kalbajar and Lachin in Azerbaijani control. This is the reason why Armenians never wanted to give up these two districts under any scenario), economy & resources, balance of power. Right now there are only a maximum of 100k people in parts of former NKAO not controlled by Azerbaijan, Fuzuli’s population alone was bigger than that.
