Uniqlo has re (re) released their 3-way bag. Nice updates included.

So after a full day of no response, and my meta post getting deleted without any contact from a mod I reached out to each of them individually who had been active on Reddit since my post was deleted. I got a very sanitized, ‘we got your message, thanks and have a nice day’ blaming automod, which really kind of frustrated me.

Sent another note to mod mail today and they finally responded to me via that channel.

They said they realized there was an issue, are actively discussing, and to please be patient.

I responded and said I’d love to help be part of the solution but short term I’d really like to get my post un-deleted. Offered to make whatever edits they deemed appropriate (assuming pulling off my blog link). No response from there.

Either way people running this subreddit own and run their own monetized blog - they should have some sort of best practice for other blogs in a community of this size.

My thought (just a suggestion!) is a 1:1 mirror, with monetized links or rev generators completely prohibited anywhere on the subreddit. So people can click over if they want, but outright gating content behind a blog link is disallowed.

This post for example. If I were to say ‘I’ve had hands on experience with this bag, click my blog to read it’ - that should be banned. If I posted a full review here, with a link to the same content on my blog, who cares?
