United Airlines had to apologize today after canceling a passenger's ticket because he filmed this argument over a $300 excess baggage fee.

No you fucking dumbass, it only encourages bad behavior on the businesses part (United Airlines, Comcast, Fyre Fest) because it lets them get away with stealing. Give the customer the correct product they agreed to pay for AND HAD PAID FOR ALREADY (ivalan airline seat, a coffee, extra bag at the agreed price) and there wont be a problem. If the business fucks up and creates a problem and the doesnt give the customer what theyre ENTITLED TO then why did I do business with them in the first place and what prevents this from happening in the future, IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. Sure there will be assholes who abuse the system every now and again but they're few and far between and a handful of persons actions definitely pale in comparison to that of a major corporation.

TL:DR - Do the job or sell the product you fucking paid to sell and already sold. If you fuck it up, all most people want you to have to do is own up and apologize, then fix the mistake and move on. If you did it right the first time no one will even notice.
