Fascism is an economic system. Where the state, via government ministers, dictates to nominally private business what to produce, who to sell it to, and for how much.

There are elements of this in some socialism regimes, China, Venezuela, but it does not exist in the US.

Protip: stop calling everything that is authoritarian, fascism.
