United States citizens can no longer short Bitcoin or participate in leveraged digital asset transactions unless they're filthy rich!

Listen my man. You clearly don’t know how the games played and that’s ok. The people that understand will have access to leverage and short exposure, and you can sit here like a good boy with your 1x long. Again those are the criteria to offer these products to customers in the United States. No where does it talk about criminal punishment for using unregulated futures products.

There are no laws targeting individuals. The law targets exchanges. Idk why that is so hard for you to understand. I really don’t. Are you wanting them to explicitly write out what you are allowed as an individual to do? Cause that is not going to ever happen. Just like no one will ever be prosecuted for trading crypto futures lol.
