Unity has a feature problem

The keynote this year said it all. When Unity started, it was 90% programmers and 10% artists; and now it's the reverse. They were PROUD of themselves for this.

Unity, you make a game engine, you don't fucking need more artists. I need more artists because I'm creating the games, you need more developers, because your job is to make the engine. No two Unity games will share art, but they all share code. So if you want to help me, because that's the job we pay you to do, then you need to make the systems work, and documented well enough before being released, that I don't have to spend a year figuring out how to use it all before you change it out for another incomplete broken system...

You also need to fucking stop with the "you tell us if it's ready for production" bullshit. It's not. You need to fix that.
