Universidad Jaume I

I believe the uni is pretty solid, but don't take my word on it.

As for the integration, I think I may offer a pretty solid opinion, as it went pretty well for me.

Integration is all about you. Your attitude is all that matters. If you really want to meet locals become one.

This is quite difficult, but the Catalans (I'm only speaking for Catalans, because it's the only region I've been, but my experience with the Iberian peoples has always been excellent) are open-minded if you make an effort.

I genuinely spoke worse than A1 level Spanish when I arrived. Let alone any Català. Now I'm still learning either, but I progressed a lot because what you need is cultural immersion.

Pick up a NatGeo book about Barcelona, and read Victus (it's really good, honestly). Hell, my girlfriend says I'm more Catalan than her, and I was there just 6 months.

If you go to the tourist restaurants and not the small bar in your street you'll never meet the people.

Don't be afraid to try and speak Spanish, even better try Catalan. I noticed the people really appreciate it. The sub's wiki has some basic phrases.

Listening to the language trough music is a pretty solid option.

Heck, if you kinda look like a Nordic guy and you at least try to integrate it's always a good start with some ladies! ;)

TL;DR Want to meet natives? Culturally immerse yourself.
