And in this hypothetical situation, what's to say that the YouTuber would have been working in whatever trade?

They have been out of the workforce for a very long time though, i dont know if you are young or something because jobs arent as easy as you think to get, you act like someone who has no experience can walk into a business and get hired no problem or if you lose your job you can just go get another one

The world sadly does not work like that and many many people are unemployed for a reason
