Unjerk Thread of October 30, 2020

I'm working on this project for a literature course, it's due tomorrow (I'm taking a short 15-minute break right now). I was on track to finish it pretty comfortably but I realised I was reading an outdated set of project guidelines and the topic I chose wasn't allowed. I just realised it this morning and man, I felt like I almost fainted then. I stood up and everything started spinning and I had this urge to puke my guts out. Currently I'm trying to salvage everything I can from my current project and hastily cobbling together some crappy explanations for symbolism and homages and whatnot.

This really sucks, I spent the better part of a week on this project and I felt like it was a project I could actually be proud of. Most of it's gone now, and I'd be surprised if I can get a B, let alone the A I was aiming for. If any of you are doing any uni assignments or projects maybe you should check if you're looking at the most updated guidelines as well.
