Unpopular opinion: I don't care about the product placement in Jurassic World.

It doesn't matter if it bothered you or not, it's still stupid to put in bunch of logos that after ten years will be outdated and distracting, like sh*t in Transformers 1 or Coca Cola in Blade Runner.

Your movies have to get sponsored somehow. The more money you get the more you can spend on better actors and production. So why not spare a few seconds here and there to get that extra funding.

Hahaha, please, don't tell me you honestly believe that, no one cares about better movies, it's about money, it's business, you are too young to understand that.

So it isn't simply just because it's a movie.

Yes it is, every single aspect of a movie is controller, I know this, I know that it could just as easily not be there, someone put it there for a reason, that reason is to sell you sh*t you don't need. Jurassic World exists in reality or James Bond or Transformers? No. So why does Samsung exists Jurassic World?

But I don't even recognize all the times they are there.

Ever heard of subconsciousness? You don't notice it but you brain do. If this is sh*t wouldn't work then no one would do it.

I have to ask you how movies without heavy product placement get financed? How did Mad Max or Interstellar get made? It usually has nothing to do with needing more money, they are just greedy as f*ck.

Yes, it's because you are young, arguably no one under 20 gives a sh*t about movies contents and usually are there only because of bunch of trailers or because their friends wanted to go. Next you are going to tell me that Man of Steel is great, Prometheus is underrated and movies older than 40 years are terrible. Most people don't know anything about how movies are made, so they go on some weird crusades to defend millionaires.
