[Unpopular Opinion] Grow up.

As someone who has a "substantial" scholarship, it is absolutely not disingenuous to be upset about the cost of online tuition because that cost is even more "substantial" and absolutely not what I signed up. Furthermore, it is reflective of the fact that University administrators are refusing to bear any of the financial burdens associated with the pandemic and instead passing them on to students who have less bargaining power. For instance, HBS has announced that they plan to break even (aka make a modest profit) even during the pandemic while the student experience is suffering (they have said that professors only get through 80% of the material on Zoom that they would in person).
