I've done close to 2 years in Georgia. I call it my regret for having spent so much time there.

There's no way I'm going back anytime soon.

Dating scene is horrible. Even worse than Turkey or Arab countries because at least these two get immigrant women. So yeah if you're Dubai at least you got British, Filipina and Russian women to go chase after. In Georgia - EVERY WOMAN (minus one or two) is Georgian by comparison.

Women don't seem to signup on Tinder / Bumble / Badoo (a random city in Ukraine has 10x to 40x more women on apps).

Women don't date foreign guys period. They'll marry their unibrow cousin who makes $150 a month versus a foreigner who can improve her standard of living.

Honestly the only time I ever met a Georgian woman who dated a foreign guy she was a 3 time divorcee and she technically grew up outside of Georgia so I'm even sure if she's culturally Georgian.

Note I am counting people I met in REAL LIFE. I don't care for Facebook or social media antecedotes. Facebook is full of blue haired Asian lesbians but when was the last time you ran into one in real life?

Stray dogs everywhere. Been bitten. Had rabies shots. Had dogs attack me for my takeout.

Amenities are poor. Very few western style malls. Very few condos or apartments with pools. The road have traffic jams a lot.

Hard to network. Maybe because Georgians look white-ish but it's hard as fuck to tell apart locals and expats. So that puts a barrier in terms of seeking out fellow expats in public. Versus in say Latin America or South East Asia you can technically spot the fellow white guy from a mile away.
