Unpopular opinion: it’s not dumb to argue on the internet sometimes

I juggle a lot of ethical things in my mind and used to be better known as someone who people would get upset at for pointing out their double standards. One complaint was often that there's no way I'm immune to having double standards. Not wishing to be hypocritical, for a while after, I had a Reddit post pinned on my profile (it's still there, in one of the links though) made as a venting place for people to point out my hypocrisies. And so sure of myself that double standards are wrong and that I could be a better woman that I even put a prize system in so each valid double standard resulted in a donation to charity taken out of my pocket. People took offense to that and responded by saying I was turning ethics into a game.

And just now I notice the post I linked to is gone because the subreddit is banned. Welp, time to make a clone.
