Unpopular opinion: this sub was better when it was Instagram vs Reality as opposed to whatever body-positive sub it has become.

I 100% agree. It’s turned into a lot of things, like a place where insecure women feel like it’s ok to be a bully. I understand the body positivity aspect and that’s great, but every time I see a comment having to do with internal organs or lack thereof, I want to rip my hair out.

People are forgetting the point: it’s not about the person or how they or their post makes you feel, it’s literally just about whether the photograph is altered and how can you tell. The point was, from what I understood, to open our eyes to the reality outside of Instagram, not to use this space as a place to pick out individual insecurities piece by piece and comment on their bodies and this and that.

Idk the posts were just more interesting. They all just read as reaches and attacks now
