If men as an entire gender "improved" in a way that made them as sexually desirable to women as the other way around, I guarantee you women in general would be unhappy with the situation. It would be somewhat harder to get laid and way harder to get a guy into a relationship or expend any real effort on you if they all have multiple options lined up. Speaking from experience here. I mostly just went from fat to fit and I absolutely treat women worse, never would have imagined ghosting a chick when I was 50 lbs overweight and getting laid every couple of months.

If anyone of either gender isn't getting what they want out of dating they should look to self improvement (looking at both incels and "can't find a good man" chicks here), but it's pretty idpol to say young men categorically need to improve, IMO.
