I have until the end of February to figure something out, and I’m lost

I don’t think anyone is judging a young adult living at home during Covid. It’s just the way the world is these days for so many, sadly.

Unfortunately, you are about to learn a hard life lesson: as a responsible adult, you have to pull yourself up by the bootstraps and keep going. It doesn’t matter how crappy you feel or what kind of family feud there was. The reality is you’re about to be homeless. So, what can you do with that?

Do you have a current paycheck? Any savings? If not, go down to the grocery store and apply for a job. It won’t be what you want, but you need anything you can get and unfortunately, you don’t have time to be picky. (BTW- my younger brother makes $16/hr stocking shelves in podunk Virginia, so it’s at least something.)

You won’t be able to get an apartment at an apartment complex without steady income, but you might find a room for rent, a sublet, etc.

Best of luck to you.
