I give up atheists

But they don;t.

So I have a couple of programmers working for me right now. They are good. Ridiculously good. The military use bid data for many reasons, tracking trends, intelligence, logistical stock piles, assignment and prioritization of air mobility, and bunch of other stuff.

Do you know what we do if our programs, applications, an governing algorithms are either being gamed (which undermines the system - really bad in logistics) or routinely return false and inaccurate date (Really bad for financials and intelligence)?

Why we change them. Immediately.

If I went back to my Commanding General and said, "But Sir, the algorithm is important," I might get lucky and he might only lecture me about why accuracy is an important thing before telling to fix it anyway. More likely, he would assume that I was a complete moron and have me tossed out where the Chief would probably ream me into some alternate version of eternity.

Again, I fundamentally do not understand why reddit allows this? I ca't get a good explanation.

But I am tired of finding that my participation is restricted because not some thin skinned atheists want to take down anything that disagrees with them.

WTH can't I talk freely about cycling because a half dozen atheists took me karma score down by 50 or so in a matter of hours? In a clear case of abuse of the system that reddit says should not happen?

And too be clear, when I asked this three years ago - atheists were following me into the real world and attempting to ... God only knows what.

Again, I am not sure what part of a discussion about a young Marine getting canned equates to this highly emotionalized behavior, but there is little need to tolerate it.
