I want to give up hope...

I have H Pylori as well and also having problem with foods...

This is what I eat everyday pretty much :

- 2 Eggs(boilling or Scramble egg)
- 1 Green Tea Or chamomile
- Sausages with Potato and kefir
- Yoghurt(Can't tell is this good)
- Blueberries
- Carrots
- 1 Green Tea Again
- Boilling Chicken With vegetables( Broccoli, Carrots)
- Apple ( No Skin, With Honey Sometimes dip )
And Green Tea before sleep

I drink a lot tea so yeah..
Just got Mastic Gum so Hopefully it will help me something as well

When I eat something not right or maybe too much I can't burp really good I mean I burp but I feel that acid reflux coming..
Yesterday I was eating a yoghurt Organic and was feeling that acid reflux
But Other foods I eat It's fine I burp good...

Does anyone can give a advice what to eat or Is this all fine?
