Do I give up on waiting for Covid test results?

Double vaccinated here. RAT test came up positive today. I don't drive, and need to get a PCR test done. The drive through clinics and SA Health have both said that you have to be in a car to go to a drive through, I'm not allowed to walk to one and get tested in person. The RAH is the only place I'm aware of that does walk ins but that's a 2.5 hour walk from home. I don't want to get an uber or bus because of the risk of spreading it to others.

Last time I requested a home visit (October) for a PCR test, it took them 5 days before they came to my house. I can only imagine the situation is far worse now and the wait time for a home visit would probably be longer than the 10 day quarantine period.

What am I supposed to do?
