That other post was dissapointing to read,as are most of the threads here given the context...it's a shame what people are is capable of doing to someone they supposedly care about, just to satisfy their own needs and wants.

You got a long lesson in the fact that you never really get over the infidelity and the relationship is never the same. All you can do is to try to learn to cope with it in order to live, but that's no way to live imo.

Congrats on the freedom. Take solace in the fact that she'll be nothing more than a blip on your timeline one day and you'll be all the better for it. There are plenty of osmen out there who will value your time and affection as much as you do theirs.
