There's free podcasts, all sorts of assitance, please know that you are not alone. Please please get to your Dr for blood tests too, as you may also be low in vital minerals & vitamins that affect the brain's receptors. Depression is a horrible relentless illness, but you can get better and you can change your life to doing happier things, even if,for now, it's just breathing in and out, in and out, and seeing a flower or a cloud in the sky and just looking at it for 5 minutes, and seeing it without thinking of anything else. I have been there, depression is flipping awful, please know this is not who you are but an illness, that can be beaten. There are so many Australian free mental health sites you can access, please utilise them, they are for everyone.
