Update: I'M WINNING MFERS (My rambling guide to a high dose rapid taper)

I’ve gotten quantifiable PAWS a number of years back from Kratom, the time I quit cold turkey. I have an anxiety disorder, and so I get panic attacks pretty regularly. I keep a log of my panic attacks for my doctor. In general, I average about 75% fewer panic attacks a day when I’m taking kratom, although that effect diminishes over time without tolerance breaks. During the immediate withdrawals after the cold turkey quit, I experienced almost double as many panic attacks on the average day as I did before kratom, and after the physical effects of the withdrawal stopped, that gradually decreased to about 50% more often than before I ever took kratom, but that lasted weeks. I didn’t observe anywhere near as substantial an effect the few times I’ve tapered off of larger daily doses.
