Update on Mother's "Kidnapped" "Son"

While I circumcised my son for many personal reasons, I will tell you the biggest one. So, when my nephew was born his "Catholic" (she was not and as far as I know to this day, is not a practicing Catholic. No offense to any one of religion!) mother decided that it was against her faith to circumcise her son! No, it did not matter that my brother begged her or that my parents would pay for it. We had to respect her beliefs no matter what! (I eye roll at the control she had to maintain) So, six months into my nephew's life his parents are separated. He comes to us with an infection, but some cream to help the infection or something (I was 12, so I don't remember some minute details). It goes away in a few days. One years old, same problem. 1 year 3 months, Mr. Infection is back! 18 months, Oh, you again? At 2 years old the doctor says one more infection and he is going to have to have her seriously consider circumcision. At 2 year and like 4 months he gets an infection. 2 and a half years old he is in for surgery to have it done. Why? Because his bitch of a mother REFUSED to clean under his foreskin. Ever.

Now, I watched this active, playful 2 and a half year old hate trying to move for a few days because his diaper rubbing him hurt. We had to put this cream on it and give him medication for a while.

I do not wish for any person to go through this. Something unnecessary because another person wants CONTROL more than they want the other person's happiness. Your son hasn't had infection after infection? Doctor hasn't asked you to do it? Don't. I couldn't bare the thought of seeing my son go through this (And other things) So we did it at birth.

P.s. I haven't slept, so if this makes little sense, I apologise. All this is to say: DON'T DO IT!
