Lol I left i dont care what they do and they dont care either. Its always my personal belief that what is allowed to exist at a workplace is a reflection of how much managers do there jobs and what the business stands for. They should know by backrounds checks and other infor there employees are trying to get others to use drugs, They should know about the sexual harassment they should know about the gay bashing and homophobia. They should know a guy slipped his hands between a females legs. They should know managers are showing naked pictures of co workers they slept with and talking about how "the nasty little whore swallowed my cum" They should know those things.

How is it I a brand new person working at a place for ONLY 4 days have gathered all this info and already been inducted into the bs. The truth is because they already know and your right I never thought of it that way hr is not there to protect me it is there to protect the company and enable to people doing whats wrong to get a heads up and protect them and allow them to continue to do those things.

The fact that others tried to get me to fight a battle they have wanted to fight long before I started working there but chose not to just irritated me. I dont expect them to do anything because im smart enough to know that either they already know whats going on or they will continue to ignore it then the moment somebody files a heavy damaging lawsuit they will want to paint the employee who filed like they are the bad guy because they were to lazy and unwilling to correct such a perverted drug addicted disgusting workplace culture.

I no longer go to work to play crusader of justice I go there to do what I need to do and collect my check on friday and go home. I can be a crusader for justice outside of work in my own personal life doing things important to me.
