Updated Fort Collins Unemployment Figures | released March 20, 2020

It's the "have actively looked for work in the prior 4 weeks" part of being unemployed that I'm curious about. Colorado has job attached unemployment where you are expected to return to your former position after no less than 16 weeks. It doesn't require you to search for a job while collecting benefits. I can imagine there could be a lot of people currently unemployed that may fit into this category (they are able to collect unemployment but aren't unemployed under federal regulation because they aren't actively looking for a new position). I just don't know enough about job attached unemployment to know whether my inclination is correct or whether it wouldn't apply to this kind of pandemic related unemployment.
