Updated World Rankings

I understand your point here but losing 2 points, that were most likely gained over several hard fought tier 1 matches, in one match seems excessive. Whats your opinion on the winning margin brackets though? That's what bothers me the most. Putting up 60 points on a team gets you no further in the rankings than by winning by 16 points. Similar to losing by 1 point compared to 15. One successful/unsuccessful kick can dramatically change the end result in terms of game result and the rankings.

I just feel there's more to rugby than this simple algorithm. No amount of maths will ever accurately explain a sport but I don't think it would take much effort to improve the current system.
