UPS did a real bang up job on their shipping

I don't really see how your reply relates...$1.7 billion in profit in 3 months on top of operating expenses. Their goal is cost cutting and profit, not providing the best service possible.

Both still have 99.9+ % success rates with deliveries.

Bullshit. Their internal metrics are gamed by drivers who misdeliver things, but check one box on a screen to permanently fuck over the customer. And thieves who claim they deliver it, then take the package home. If the app says "delivered," they will ignore every complaint even with security camera proof the driver never arrived at the house that day. Even if the driver left it at the front door, but a different safe location is listed on myUPS where delivery is supposed to occur because packages get stolen off the front porch. Even if the package was supposed to go to an AccessPoint for holding, but the driver took it to the "house" anyway.

UPS can't even hit 75% success to my address.
