With the money argument, if you don't mind the analogy, if you can't afford a car, you do not steal one and justify it to the Police by saying "Oh I really wanted it but could not afford it". If you (like I) cannot pay for most (expensive) theatre tickets, we do not get them. Simple as. Likewise, regardless of how much we wish to have something or see something we are not automatically entitled to it.
As I have expressed, if the tour never happens and the show leaves Broadway, I have no problems with watching a Bootleg but otherwise, I believe (and this view is help by many performers (think Andy Mientus to Carrie Hope Fletcher)) that it is disrespectful
