[OR, USA] Just purchased a new home, former owners won't stop coming over

In that case. It is a transfer of ownership treated as a transfer of ownership. In which I am correct all along.

A time frame to vacate the property for a transfer of ownership does not fall under tennant and landlord laws.

Per agreement of transfer of ownership a time frame to officially give the complete transfer of ownership was given. In this case 10 days.

In the united states any and all items left in/on the property/home after the sale of the home is complete and final is now the posession of the new owners. Be it money, tools, jewlery, etc... It is now the posession of the next owner. However there are a select few things excluded from this like cars. Which have a title of ownership.

As you said. Part of the SALE AGREEMENT is to VACATE the property within 10 days. The sale and transfer of ownership has a time stamp to be final.

This does not fall under landlord/tennant law which is different for the belongings of a tennant.

Based on the above, after the 10 days. Anything failed to be removed is now the property of the next owner. The next owner can chose to do as they wish, keep the times, try to give them to the previous owner, or throw them in the trash.

OP is being very forgiving as the law allows him to lock down his property and press charges for theft of anything removed afterwards if the previous owners were to break in and remove the items.

These type of laws prevent past owners from showing up years later and attempting to claim something from a property. Or even days later.

Before you atempt to cite more landlord/tennant related laws. I suggest you go back to school and study up. If you have taken the bar exam and passed. I'd be amazed because you are mixing up two completely different things.
