This is totally unfair to me because vamrick778 had a heatware link listed which had comments thanking someone by a completely different name. It didn't raise alarm in my mind until Fedex confirmed that the item was shipped but the user claimed that it had not been delivered. You can imagine that might be scary to someone selling on here for the first time. It's unfair to be in my position and say, "everything is fine here".

Further, vamrick778 has cherry-picked my statements to make me look bad. Other things I said:

"At this point I completely believe you and I think Fedex will most likely deliver the package tomorrow."

So, at the end this was a Fedex mess-up and a misunderstanding with the heatware link. The package was delivered and this trade should be confirmed.

The user has said:

I will not confirm this trade even after I go pick up the card from a different address as I will not want others to have to deal with someone like you accusing LONG term members of this sub of being a scammer and accuse me of deleting video evidence.

That is unfair because I had a reason to be highly suspicious. vamrick778 got an incredible deal on a great card. It was shipped quickly and fairly.

Further, you can't fault a new user for being new and not knowing what to trust/not trust on here. Just doing my best and I hope to be able to sell/buy here moving forward.
