Just going to reply to this since it's top comment.
I didn't think my boring clip would be on here, let alone front page of /r/roadcam when more interesting ones don't make it.
Anyways. This is my throwaway because I don't want me real username attached here since I give out professional advice on it (I'm an attorney). Dunno what lengths people will go to get a copy of the police report and link my name to my real account, so whatever.
So the users who think there is more to this video. Which are:

There isn't. Here is a shot of the police report where three witnesses state such:

So to answer the question, why is it short? Because when I first uploaded it to Geico, my insurance, they don't take large files. So I had to cut it down and that is this video.
Plus, I am an attorney. This video was all that was needed to show blame. Never, ever show more than is needed. You don't need to be an attorney to realize that. Insurances will find anything to try to cut blame whenever possible. Even if half of /r/roadcam was right and blamed me, the cammer, nothing that happened beforehand would put me at liability.
But again, nothing I did caused this and I had three witnesses that stated such. Some people are just that crazy on the road.
So what happened was, I was approaching the highway from a side street. I had to yield so I slowed down. Prior to this, I noticed in my rear view mirror, a black Dodge Ram driving crazy. But whatever, it won't affect me. Or so I thought.
So when I was approaching my yield, he started flipping me off and honking. As per his statement, it is because he thought I was going too slow.
I thought he was going to pass me on the left. But he was then tailgating me and it was hard to tell what he was going to do next. When I finally got going on the highway I noticed he was to my right. At first, I thought he was going to drive to the side street by crossing the grass. But nope. He then hit a light pole and then hit me.
After I received the accident report, I noticed the name. He was a very good high school friend actually who I lost contact with. But I don't think our friendship will begin again after this.
So yup, that's all to it.
His insurance took responsibility based on the footage and based on the witnesses. Even the aggressor stated the reason he went over was because he thought I was going too slow.
