I am assuming he's guilty, yes. I am not a lawyer, I am not a judge, I cannot put this guy in jail. It does not matter whether I think he is guilty. I have the freedom of speech so I can say that I feel he is guilty. Again, it does not matter whether I think he is guilty in a court of law. If a person thought to be deserving enough for multiple people around them to call them out, especially in this manner, then it is what it is.

Many things in life don't allow you to come to factual conclusions, so you use intuition. Again, I don't think this holds up legally, but publicly? ABSOLUTELY. And that's why you (a caveman apparently) are here arguing with sane people who understand the nuances of human interaction.
