Again, not a lawyer! I just hate it when things like this are vague as written and enforced at whim, then relied upon in civil suits to milk insurance companies for big payouts.

Honestly I saw this vid and the cars involved and thought it looked incredibly familiar, restarted, saw the CU of CO sign and knew why haha. I can't stand drivers like this Audi, but we're infested with them.
