I use an OP-Lab for this. Sadly they're discontinued and pretty rare, now.

You'll need some sort of USB midi interface in between the two devices that supports MIDI over USB -- as the OP-1 sents MIDI over its USB cable.

Have the Moog go MIDI-OUT (with a DIN cable) to the interface, and then route that MIDI to MIDI-IN on the OP-1.

Ableton Live is my DAW of choice and I have a MOTO Ultralight interface. So with that setup, I'd use the MIDI OUT from the Moog with a normal MIDI cable to the MOTU MIDI-IN. The OP-1 would be plugged into the laptop via USB. Then, in Ableton Live, I'd route the MIDI from the MOTU/Moog to the OP-1.
