[UT] Need advice on 'comp time' as a non-exempt hourly employee in the private sector.

How would I go about finding what the work week is? Would it be my usual work days? How would I go about finding that out, do I need to talk with HR?

I'm a full time employee and my regular shift is Mon-Fri from 9-5. In fact, on the calendar, I'm scheduled for the above for the entire 2020 year from what I can tell. Also, I'm not a government employee.

But from what I understand in your reply, if the work week does include Mon-Sun. That means that they can move my 40hrs however they please without my consent? So, if they want me to work Sat+Sun they can just tell me that I'm going to have to take Mon and Thursday off?

Thanks for the reply and sorry for my ignorance.
